Subject: Who stole coals and crisis of constitution

Foreign medias started discussing that Mongolian cannot find where did 12 billion dollars go?

Ten years ago, I wrote many books and gave many lectures about the problems among politic, society, people, religion, economy, education and healthy, also their solutions and actions. Today everything is unmasked. Mongolia, in order to become a true nation, needs to start from its constitution. We had been naïve about what is a human being, what does history mean and what kind of state to establish? Recently, we opened a museum. But is that all we have?

So now what about the businessmen, presidents and prime ministers we idolized? Is their education and virtue capable enough to speak, write and think? One can have diploms and titles, but it cannot tell who is that person in truth?

Who stole the coals? Who will judge them? Is court room adequate to judge them? Since it is state of the people, shouldn’t people be the judge? Should Sukhbaatar square become court room? What is there to talk for the accusers? Probably about how they become rich. It is the time for constitution to conceal its power by finding where did the money dissapear? Though when it comes to who created consitition and who is working as court chief, it is a problem again. It is time to answer who is Mongolia? Mongolia has a lot of work to do.
